Miles, I was really tempted to donate on your behalf to WUNC when they were offering an entry to a drawing for a free scooter. But my fear of Halleigh getting injured on it prevented me from making the call.

I should know more than this, but it says Israel on the bottom in Hebrew ... I don't know what the stuff on the top says - ask Sam Boyd.
It means "The wearing of a helmet protects".
