Tajikistan Getting Help?
The UN has asked for 25 million in aid for Tajikistan. I'm always curious if money really spells relief for the average person in these crisis situations. Better than nothing I suppose, but I hope it actually makes a difference. 25 million seems like such a drop in the bucket.
