I'm so excited!!!
Tonight is a LOST blow-out at our house. Combine that with UNC vs. Boston College and a halftime/pre-lost game of Mario Strikers (DAVE) and you have the recipe for an incredible night.
I'm still mad that the writers' strike killed half the season. Does anyone know if they are planning to dismiss the skipped episodes, or will they add another half season to the end of the series?

Hey! I just posted about Lost and then saw that you did too! I am glad that I am not the only one dwelling on it! ha ha ha
So this whole future thing is throwing me off - I am not sure that I like it. Diane and I worked really hard to catch up (watched all 3 seasons this fall and winter), and now I am fearing that Lost will go the way of Alias and Prison Break, descending into plot lines to deep and contrived to be enjoyed. What say you?
I'm not sure. Unlike Alias and Prison Break, according to the writers, LOST has always been a finite work with a end that was planned from the beginning. There will be no new plot lines, or convoluted episodes made for the sake of continueing a series, and at least we know that any rabbit trails were planned from the onset. So, that makes me feel like the means will be justified (or not) by the ends. The future twist may be really lame, or it may be awesome. The trouble I have with it is that it makes some of the on-island plot more predictable. We know that Jack, Kate, and Hugo survive, so half the mystery is revealed.
