Halleigh Show Week 12
Here is a short little video of Halleigh's new favorite pastime. Also, proof that she is related to me. ha ha ha... as if the 5-inch scar on my stomach isn't proof enough?!?!
She started doing this about a week ago. Miles and I struggled with trying to decide whether we were going to let her suck her thumb or use a binki (pacifier). And we tried to offer her the binki often, but the kid just couldn't keep it in her mouth. And then she started sucking her thumb on her own, and it is so cute and she as access to it whenever she wants it. (As opposed to us having to find the binki and then give it to her and hope that she doesn't spit it out, etc.) So, the thumb won...
Oh boy, be glad the thumb won. Binky Wars are still going on at our house at 2+ years old....she is a precious little girl!!
oh i love the thumb-sucking! its so cute, but watch out, don't let her do it until she's 8 or she'll be in braces (like i did with the binki) haha! she's so adorable!

ADORABLE! Anybody notice which thumb she is sucking? Maybe another way she will take after her mama...
Oh could we be so lucky?!? I sucked my left thumb, so there is hope!
