The Halleigh Show Week 6
When you're a parent every mundane detail is important. That's why I love clips like this one, which is essentially just another bit of tummy time. The first half is Halleigh's effort to turn over, but she stalls out mid-turn. In the second half, check out Halleigh's little leg kicking like crazy. I'm convinced that if her arms were strong enough to support her body, she would already be scooting around the house.
Cute! She is an ambitious little girl, it would seem. You are so right about mundane details being important. You know you have made the transition to parenthood when the biggest highlight of your day is that your kid's poop looked different today than yesterday. Or something equally tantalizing. :)
I was just thinking this morning about how much I miss seeing Halleigh (and you and Brooklynne).
Did you notice how the spit up motivated her to really pick her head up for a little while?
Yeah, we're great parents letting the kid wallow in her own puke!
