Halleigh Show Week Seven
It's time again for the Halleigh show. This week is a special show because Brooklynne put it together. If Brooklynne's videography is as prolific as her photography, Halleigh-watchers are in luck!
Before we get to the video, I'd like to quickly plug next week's show also. Brooklynne and I are headed to nova tonight, and we're staying the weekend and showing off Halleigh to all our old friends so we should have ALOT of great footage. Alright, on to the main event....
We had a technical glitch with the second Halleigh clip today (thus the delay) and we never could get it uploaded, so here is a Kona video. The clip needs some explanation. We have recently noticed that our backyard neighbor, who we have never talked to or even met, has been feeding Kona large dog treats with out our knowledge. we were a little worried about this, and didn't really know what to do about it, since we feel like she's encroaching. We decided to take the path of least resistence and do nothing for now--just videotape the transgression. We caught her red-handed in this clip.

That is weird and funny that the neighbor is feeding Kona. It's kind of like an unknown neighbor giving a kid candy, except you can't tell Kona not to accept food from strangers. I'm sure the lady is nice. If she doesn't have a dog, she must have gone out and bought treats especially for Kona! My strategy would be to take a walk with Halleigh and Kona and go by her house and see if you can meet her. She may confess! And then if you really have a problem with it, you could say so. If the treats aren't hurting Kona, it's kind of nice that she made a friend. How old is the lady? Was she out there in her bathrobe? How did you figure this out? Had you seen it happen before?
Sorry about the double post.
Have fun on your trip. I hope that the meetings go well and that you have lots of fun with Bill and Sandy.
I find the Kona and neighbor video very funny. Brooklynne, when the video got to the point where you call Kona and have her drop the treat in order to focus the camera on it for documentation and then asked her if the neighbor gave her the treat, I laughed out loud. I know my coworkers were wondering what was going on.
Clip #1: Miles: You beat any woman at multi-tasking. Brooklynne: I'm glad to finally hear your voice!
Clip 2: I like Kristy's idea. Kona has grown on me and I think she is really cute even though I've never met her.
