The Durham Dodgers won last night by two runs. The game ended on a semi-controversal interference call when the other team's thirdbase coach failed to get out of the way of a foul pop-up. Even though the guy did kind of step back, our third baseman could have made the play if he had not been standing there. It's kind of a cheesy way to end a game, but we've had our share of bad calls, so we're happy that one finally went our way. By the way, the last time we played that team, we lost 35-5.

This has nothing to do at all with baseball, but how is Kona handling her new baby sister? BTW, I will post our recipe for picadas soon but I have to go back & actually figure out how I made them!

Kona is somewhere between disinterested and scared of Halleigh. I've been trying to get a good picture of the two of them, but every time I take a picture one of them does something goofy. Bring on the picadas!!!

The Durham Dodgers had an unprecedented breakout of our collective hitting slump last night.

There were a couple of other controversies that went the other way, so the controversial ending was kind of poetic justice.

The game was a very fun one!
