Academy Awards
I know nothing about acting and filmmaking, and I loath award shows, but my friend Possum has issued a challenge for the best Oscar predictions and I'm going to give it a stab. Thanks for joining the competition, Miles. I'll have mine posted in a day or two.
Crazy picks, we'll see in 4 days! You gonna post a follow-up? Speaking of posts, you gonna ever post here again? :) Have a nice first day of March!
11 out of 24 is much better than the 25 percent you would expect if I was just drawing out of a hat, so I'm going to give myself props for that. I'll also take credit for predicting Crash above Brokeback Mountain, and the triple play for King Kong. Big misses (what was I thinking?!) were The Moon and the Son and Six Shooter. GOSH!!!
If you check my pics, I KNEW Six Shooter was gonna take it.
I think my competition killed this blog...either that or Miles caught my Posting Once a Month Syndrome.
