The Incredible Shrinking Dog
So, Brooklynne and I knew when we went to Christmas in Durham, my Dad's Asthma would not allow Kona Bean to stay in the house. So we had to prepare her for the cold NC weather outside. So in August, we resolved not to cut her hair again until after our Christmas travels. Here are some before and after shots from when we got home and shaved her.
In the middle of clipping her, we had some evil ideas... like giving her a mohawk!
Did you wake up Kona from a deep sleep to take the after pics? She looks so happy in the before shots and so sleepy in the after ones! That's what I look like in the morning after the alarm goes off a couple of times.
P.S. My bad influence on David: He now pushes snooze!
she might have been sleepy from the hours of sheering she had to endure. I do think she was happy as a fluffy muppet.
Wow, she looks so...um...puffy...in the before pics. I look forward to seeing her again...and yall...when you come back to NC.
To Kona's defense, she had just had a fun Christmas week with the grandparents, and we drove back to Virginia that night and I decided that I was going to clip and bathe her that night. So that picture was taken at about 3:30am! She's a trooper to have put up with it that long. :)
