Sports review update
Early in the fall, I promised a weekend sports review every week on Mondays, but I have failed miserably. Today, I'm going to take a short break away from school work to check the status of my ACC predictions from the beginning of the season--just click continue reading below. So it looks like as long as FSU beats Florida, I should be really close in my picks for the Atlantic Division (although Wake and UMD each won an extra game, and Clemson will likely finish ahead of NCSU by virtue of a tie-breaker even without winning another game).
The big surprise in the Coastal Division is UVA, who might not qualify for a bowl, and GTech, who might finish 2 games ahead of my prediction. There's still room for upsets that could throw me way off also.
I also predicted that if UNC won against BC we would qualify for a bowl. We'll cross our finngers and wait to see.
As far as my prediction for the championship game, I said
ACC Championship
Va Tech (W) vs. FSU (L)
but unless Miami screws up, it should be
Miami (W) vs. FSU (L).
I'll check back again at the end of the season and offer picks for the bowl games too.
uh... I screwed up the alignment of this post so its really confusing. I don't really have time to fix it now, so check back tomorrow.
